This Hardy PERFECT 3 3/8" reel (RHW) and spare spool are both in absolutely immaculate mint condition. Circa 1980s, the reel and spool show very little signs of use and indeed you have to look very close to see any real marks at all. There are no chips, dents or obvious blemishes and mechanically it is perfect. The cage in fact could almost be taken for new. The agate line guard ring is perfect, all rivets are solid and the winding plate is in perfect shape also. The drag screw mechanism operates as new. Both spools are also in tip top shape, albeit there are a few slight marks on the inside of one of the spools but cannot be seen once loaded. The reel comes in Hardy's blue and gold zip up case also in superb condition. For its age, this reel and spool are stunning both to look at and use.

As an incentive I will also add a bonus used / worn spare spool with this outfit ( This spool is not immaculate like the others but is still very functional with some wear marks on it - no chips or dents though.)
