Woolsery has a beautiful moist texture and deliciously creamy, tasty nutty flavour. It has been used in recipes by Jamie Oliver, Mark Hix, Anthony Worrall Thompson, Leslie Waters, Hugh Fearnley-Whittenstall and is also stocked in Sainsbury's and Waitrose. The hard goats cheese was a Gold Medal Winner at the British Cheese Awards
