All my items are checked before dispatch but if you have any problems please contact me. I accept cancellations under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (consumers have up to seven days after receipt of the goods to cancel). Items that are returned to me must be sent via a trackable method (Recorded Delivery) within 14 days of receipt, unused and not damaged (the consumer has a duty to take reasonable care of the goods), with original packaging. I will issue a refund for all cancellations. I do not refund the postage costs for returning items to me. |
