The card size is a quality square card and come with an envelope and is packed in a cellophane bag.

 The inside of the card is blank to allow you to write or own message.

To ensure the card arrives to you safely, we post it out in a boarded envelope.

P&P charges - the P&P charges cover the cost of postage plus the cost of packaging. All our cards are posted using 'please do not bend' card backed envelopes to ensure they reach you in the best possible quality.

Please note, we do not make any profit on the P&P charges.

We do obtain proof of postage when dispatching your item and to ensure you receive them, we would highly recommend you to use the 1st class recorded post option. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

We offer three postal options - 1st class, 2nd class and 1st class recorded post. Postal discounts are available for multiple purchases.

Payment - We prefer PayPal as method of payment, however I am happy to accept Personal cheques or Postal orders. Please note that items paid for by cheque are sent out after funds have cleared (usually five working days).

Please try to pay within 3 working days, if there are any problems regarding your payment, please let us know.

We do try to create our cards in as little time as possible, however in busy times, cards can take upto 10 days to create - if your card is urgent, please let us know and we will accomodate.

Feedback - Positive feedback will be left upon you leaving feedback. This gives us the assurance that you have received your package safely. If you have a problem, please contact us and we will happily try and resolve your issue.
