Weighing in at over 800g, with a height of approx 25cm, this beautiful creation has been hand-made from solid bronze.
Modelled on The Children of the Hydra’s Teeth, the skeletal warriors from the all-time classic adventure film, ‘Jason and the Argonauts’, 2 laughing skeletons - arms outstretched above their skulls - are together holding aloft your solid bronze tealight/incense burner!
You are getting a totally unique Item of exceptional quality. Hand-crafted in a British armoury by a highly-skilled, time-served artisan, your Twin Skeletons Tealight/Incense Burner is a beautiful piece of art for your daily use!
The entirely manual production of this incredibly intricate Item took one craftsperson 15 solid hours to complete. Its retail value is £450.
The Armoury that made your item also makes swords on personal commission for Royalty and the famous. They custom-make items to order for discerning collectors worldwide and have a very long waiting list. They are suppliers to the Royal Armouries’ National Museum of Arms and Armour. They also design and make unique sculptures for world-famous musicians. Such is their quality and craftsmanship that sums in excess of £20 000 are commanded for their work.

Manufacturing Process – Bronze Skeletons Candle Burner. The Armoury made a first generation wax master of the skeletons, base, and burner in sections, ie, feet, heels, shoulders and collarbones, pelvises, rib cages, skulls, etc. These were then finished in solid bronze and hot moulded. Once set, the skeletons, base, and burner were ‘fettered’, ie, finished by hand, so that all welds and impurities were polished off. Your skeletons were then ‘patinated’, ie, blackened with sulphur, and finally waxed.
All moulds were destroyed after your Twin Skeleton Tealight/Incense Burner was made. Although we have a few similar Items in our eBay Shop, there will only ever be this one in this exact style.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Your piece of art comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA), originating from and signed by the artisan who made it. As a legitimate CoA, it contains specific details about the art, such as when and how it was produced, the art's exact title and dimensions and it also includes his or her complete and current contact information.
Your collection of skeletons and skulls is totally exclusive; you will not see anything of similar quality elsewhere. These superb creations were built to captivate, to enjoy, and to last.
