HAND MADE 1/12th Scale OUTDOOR GARDEN DOLLS/MODEL HOUSE

This unique Model House has been Hand-Built, roughly 1/12th scale in a Tudor style, and built to be installed as a Garden Ornament.

It is weather proof with working gutters and installs just as a real house.

A small concrete plate and footings are laid and the house sits on a damp proof membrane.

It can be lit up at night to give a lived-in feeling.

The lighting is 12 Volt AC and can be manually switched on using the transformer and control box supplied.

The lamp warming technology used prevents continuous blowing of lamps when extreme cold conditions are encountered and keeps condensation to a minimum.

The house is supplied fully furnished plus three figures installed within. All internal contents can be rearranged by the owner to suit preference.

The site around the house can become a miniature garden setting, making a stunning attraction.

The House is also supplied with:

1) A footings template and Membrane.

2) Fitting instructions and suggested layout.

3) Sealed 12 Volts AC Transformer with control box and garden cable.

Over the years occasional maintenance will be required touching up the exterior paint and an internal clean.
