If you are unhappy with the product on receipt, just send it back within 14 days of delivery (or we can arrange collection) and we will issue a refund, less unrecoverable ebay and delivery expenses. For such refunds, returns must be in the boxed and protected condition as received, complete with all original packing, accessories and enclosures. Return charges are to be met by the customer.

Warranty Support is normally provided as delivery of free parts at no cost on exchange, plus detailed and individual advice as necessary. Alternatively, just send the item back to us for rectification or replacement if necessary, but please contact us for advice beforehand.
Refunds are given only if a replacement of the same or equivalent specification is not available, and AFTER the original item has been returned. Warranty returns should be complete with all original packing, accessories and enclosures, unless otherwise agreed. Therefore, please retain the packaging until satisfied with your goods.
