P+P charges include the cost of postage, the cost of all the packaging, the ebay/paypal fees, insurance in case it goes missing, petrol to the post office, which as i only sell a few items a week and like to send them out ASAP, it very rarely involves a trip to the post office for more than 3-4 packages and for the time it takes to package, take to the post office and queue up, the whole process is very time consuming and if you not 100% happy with the postage DO NOT BID, I am tired of all the buyers who bid knowing full well what the postage cost is yet leave me bad feedback anyway
