so simple to use:

1. peel thick backing paper off stencil

2. stick stencil onto your body and peel off top paper, slowly!

3. paint the glue on the stencil

4. wait 1 or 2 minuites untill the glue goes clear,

5. sprinkle on the glitter, either all 1 colour or mix for different designs!

6. blow loose glitter off

7. peel stencil off
