HALESOWEN WORCESTER 1864 DEED
Old original indenture dated 1864 relating to 2 closes of land in the Parish of Halesowen, Worcs. Consists of eleven sheets which are larger than foolscap in size and contain manuscript writings in connection with the Parties to the deed who are Thomas Pemberton, John Freeth Houghton of Oldbury, George Arthur Pemberton of Birmingham and Joseph James Ridley etc.
The lands mentioned are said to be separated by a Canal forming part of the Birmingham Canal Navigation. This is near Stoney Lane and Popes Lane. Quantities of each piece of land are given.
This document has annotations and amendments and there are additional names mentioned......etc. No plan. Dusty with folds. May be a draft document.
