Delivery Policy

We endeavour to dispatch items on the day that we receive cleared payment. Providing that payment is received before 2pm in the instance of items being sent by our courier service and 3pm by Royal Mail. Payments received on Saturday and Sunday are excluded from this. We can arrange for a Saturday Morning Delivery via our courier service but this carries a £15.00 surcharge and is only available for the UK Mainland and excludes N. Ireland, IOM, CI, Scottish Highlands & Islands and the IOW. All postal services used by ourselves are first class services unless stated otherwise, therefore you should receive your purchase within 1 to 3 days. Where we offer an International service we can not guarantee a delivery time but we find that depending on where you are 5 to 9 days is the average timescale. All International post is sent by a sign on receipt service.
