I am not an expert but have tried to provide an honest, genuine description. Neither is it my intention to mislead in any way.

Here are some notes about the service I provide to potential bidders:

If there are any problems with your purchase, I will do my utmost to help resolve any problems. If I don't know about a problem and you don't let me know, I can't help to put it right and resolve it!! Customer service and satisfaction are important to me and so is my customer feedback.

I take care with packaging and materials used to protect goods to ensure your item/s arrive/s in good condition, using Royal Mail delivery services, usually first class unless a buyer advises me before acution ending that they wish to reduce postage costs by using Second Class Mail or Standard Parcel delivery. It is not my intention to profit from postal charges/shipping - I simply add a very small nominal charge to the actual cost of postage to cover my packaging material costs, time taken to pack and wrap and then deliver to the local Post Office.

I deliver worldwide (please check exclusions) and have regular customers in Europe, US, Canada and Australia.

Recently, I've had some problems with a number of buyers not making their payments in a timely manner - others haven't paid at all. I'm generally, an understanding person and honest. Always, always polite. We are all human, forget things and sometimes personal events happen and ebay takes low priority. I understand this. Nevertheless, I'd like to provide the following information which I hope you will find useful.

You don’t need to wait for me to send an you can just go ahead and pay as soon as item ends. All buyers have the ability to do this. Also, please note that Ebay has now changed the rules on reporting unpaid items, so that sellers can report unpaid items after 4 days of item ending. Therefore, I regret that as a result of recent non paying bidders, items which are not paid for within 4 days of selecting buy it now/auction ending, will be systematically reported to ebay as being unpaid, without exception. You then stand at risk of receiving an unpaid item strike against your account, restricting your future trading on ebay, and cancellation of your transaction with me for this item.

For the people who had unforseen problems with their payment and communicated this to me immediately, I waited patiently and the problems were solved without reports of unpaid items being made to ebay and everybody was happy, good feedback left all round - no problems! That's just how it should be.

Please remember that it's always better to communicate - even if you need to pull out of a transaction for any reason - than to go silent and not let your seller know of any problems you may be having!
