• EU Countries DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CUSTOM FEES.
• Non-EU countries 95% of the time also do not pay custom fees.
• Items can on occasion get damaged and as such in some cases Insurance is Required & is an additional .99 GBP.
  • This also covers the handling fee and other unavoidable fees outside of our control
• Higher valued items are sent using recorded delivery, WHICH WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. If you have not received your item within 2 weeks, please visit your local Royal Mail depot to see if the package is not being held there.
• A minority of packages are returned 'NOT CALLED FOR', where the postman has failed to inform you that you have a parcel waiting for you at the depot, so please check regardless of whether you have received a note or not.
