All equipments carry a 12 months replacement/repair warranty from date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. You can purchase an extended warranty on all of our products.
"cctvnsecurity" is not responsible for improper installation, modification, voltage spikes, or misuse of products. Corrosion due to improper care or salt spray in snow or beach areas is not covered.
Approved warranted items will be replaced/ repaired immediately with the same merchandise, or similar item of our choice.
Items returned that were abused will have to be approved by our warranty department for exchange. If we no longer carry the item that was returned due to a manufactures defect, we will send a working comparable new or refurbished item of our choice.
