Its ultra heavy skin provides a durable surface that will not deform like a conventional foam roller and makes it perfect for PILATES and YOGA CLASSES, as well as for stability work (Plank, Jack Knife, Forward Roll etc)

This type of equipment has also been shown to be upto 10% more effective in traditional crunch type exercises than the exercise ball, which itself has been proven to be more effective than crunchs on the floor.
