Returns Policy
You should inspect the goods when you receive them and check that they are correct and not damaged or faulty. We will offer you an exchange or a refund on most goods that we sell for up to 30 days from the date of despatch provided that the goods are returned complete, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. Please read and follow any product care or use instructions which accompany the goods or are enclosed with your order. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or have been used or washed unless they are faulty. In the event that you receive goods which are damaged or defective or are not of the quality to that stated on your order form, we will make good any non-delivery, repair or replace any damaged or defective goods or refund to you the amount that you paid for the goods in question (provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated below within 10 working days of delivery of the goods and return the goods to us, if we request you to (see the Condition entitled Making Returns). This does not affect any other rights you may have at law.
Making Returns
If you cancel the contract after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost unless the goods are faulty. The goods must be returned to the address shown at the end of these Terms and Conditions. To return any goods to us please contact us either by phone or e mail to admin@weekendleisure.co.uk and clearly state whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please also provide a description of any fault or other reason for return and also include any warranties, manuals, accessories and any other item that was enclosed with the goods when you received them. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit so please ensure that they are packaged carefully and adequately. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot accept liability for any goods lost in transit. Once we have received the goods in the same condition as you received them, we will refund or recredit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your debit or credit card for the goods.You do not have the right to cancel the contract or return goods if the order is for personalised items (other than where there is an error for which we are responsible) or recordings or computer software which have been unsealed by you, or for goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
