About Triple K
Triple K is a family run company based in the South West. We are a trade fabricator of Ultraframe and Synseal Conservatories and official stockists of Eurocell Building Products. We supply quality products and accessories for the Home and Conservatory at Trade Prices.

Delivery  

Goods are shipped daily Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends. Most UK orders arrive within 24-48 hours of order being placed. We have regular stock deliveries. Postage and packaging costs are within mainland UK and are based on size and weight. For combining purchases please use the "Request Total Amount" option after you have confirmed all items and we will apply any shipping discounts. All courier deliveries require a contact telephone number and signature upon receipt.
Refunds & Returns   If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and give reasonable opportunity to resolve any issues you may have.
We accept unwanted item returns within seven days of the date of purchase. Goods must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. 
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If goods are delivered damaged during transit you must notify us within 24 hours.
