Delivery Policy

Once your payment has cleared, we will dispatch the goods according to availability within a period of 14-28 days. 
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch the item within the stated time frame, the customer will be notified and offered a full refund 
or a new arrival date.
Delivery will be to your door only.
All large items will be sent via a Haulier, who will contact the customer for confirmation of delivery, time and date. 
It is essential that the customer leaves a contact number, (without the contact number we are unable to dispatch the item.)
Smaller items may be sent via Courier, and their method of delivery 
is directly to your door without arrangements, if for any reason the customer is unavailable the Courier will leave behind a card, with the re-delivery date and their contact details.
On arrival of your goods it is essential that they are checked for perfect condition before signing.





Refund Policy 

Under Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a 7 day ‘cooling off period’. Should you wish to return the item(s) you must inform us by email at sarah@dovecoteinteriors.co.uk within fourteen days and return the goods at your own expense by recorded delivery on a courier of your choice. 
Item(s) should be returned as new and in their original packaging.
If for any reason the item arrives damaged then we will accept returns as long as we are notified within 24 hours of the item arrival, customer can contact us via email or phone, and the item must be returned to us within the 7 day period.
Please note: item must be checked before they are signed for on arrival.
Once you have confirmed and signed for the item, the 7 days returns policy is activated.
Please note: if you do sign for the item to say that it is in good condition and then later discover that the item is damaged upon opening the packaging, we will not be liable for the replacement of the damaged goods, (please be aware of this).
Postage/Carriage will not be refunded. Goods returned at customer’s expense.
