Owner Ashok prides himself in only ever supplying rosewood that meets his strict quality control. Ashok buys his wood from the indian rosewood auctions, these auctions are becoming fewer and fewer because of the decling natural rosewood population. To combat the problem of fewer trees some companys buy from tree farms, wood from these farms are usally of very poor quailty due to the fact that the trees growth is unaturally acclerated. this means the grains are usally spread far apart resulting in a poor tonewood for your instrument.

100% natural wood around three times older than the cheap rosewood sets you can find for arouind half the price, so if price is an issue this may not be the idle wood for your build, espically for a first build where mistakes are costly. However if you are producing quality instruments then this would be a great choice.
