It is our policy to try and ensure that our buyers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and our service. If 

you not happy or satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund service. The amount you paid will be 

refunded in full if the following conditions are met:

- we receive written notice (i.e. via ebay, email, fax or letter post) of your request to return the goods 

within 7 working days of your receipt of the goods
- you return the goods to us in a new and unused, undamaged, saleable condition in their original packaging 

at your own cost so that we receive them within 14 days of your receipt of the goods.

Please note that any refund will be made within 48 hours from receipt of the returned goods and on the basis 

that they are found to be satisfactory for resale.

As always, in the event or any problems with delivery / damaged or faulty goods please contact us and we 

will endeavour to resolve it as soon as possible.

To return any of these items then they must be unopened and in their original condition.  
We will refund the price of the item if returned within 14 days of receipt.

FAULTY ITEMS
Occasionally items are faulty and have to be returned. 
If the item is faulty then we will pay for the return postage.

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR RETURNS
We will pay for the return postage of any faulty item, or any item supplied in error.
