FEEDBACK MACHINE

These miniture guitars have interchangable Necks, Heads and bodies, everything you need to make YOUR ideal instrument. Collect them all, swap parts with friends and when you have your masterpiece you can display it on the guitar stand. One gutar stand is supplied with each guiatr. We would ask that all items are paid for within 7 days. After this time an unpaid item case will be launched and the item relisted. If you have brought an item and are have problems paying, please contact us. We are sure that we can come to some arrangement, possibly extending your time to make the payment.
Payment Methods: UK Buyers 1. Our prefered payment method is PayPal.We will do our best to dispatch items paid for before 4:30PM, the same day. Please make allowances for weekends and bank holidays. When an item is paid for at one of these times, every effort will be made to dispatch it on the next working day. 2. We will accept personal cheques made out to 'Reece Caldwell'. Items being paid for by cheque will be dispatched on the first working day after the cheque has cleared. In most cases this will be 4-5 working days. It should be noted that payment by e-cheque through PayPal can take upto 10 working days to clear. 3. Payment by Postal Order is also accepted, again make these payable to 'Reece Caldwell'. Because of the nature of postal orders any item paid for using them will be dispatched on either the same day they are recieved or on the following working day. When paying by cheque or postal order, PLEASE remember to include the following: Your eBay User ID Your postal address The item's ebay number International Buyers (anyone outside the UK) 1. We will only accept payment buy PayPal for items purchased buy our International customers. This is not negotiable, if you are outside the UK and can not buy using PayPal, please do not try and purchase the item.
Postal Information: 1. It should be noted by any of our customers living in the Channel Islands, that whilst you are part of the UK, the postal charges covering these Islands do vary from the UK mainland charges. Many small packet and larger parcels may require a postal charge more inline with that of the European postal charges. If you are unsure of a postal charge please contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to quote you. 2. Any item we show for sale with Free Post and Packing, applies only to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately the Channel Islands are exempt form these offers, again due to the way the post office charges for mail to these Islands. 3. Items being sent Internationally are sent via Royal Mails Air Mail Service (Small Packets). The service states that this service can take anywhere from 3-5 days. However, on some rare occasions and over holiday periods, we have seen this become 14-21 days. Especially into countries such as Italy, Malta and parts of Spain. If a parcel has not arrived within the 3-5 day time period, please allow a few days and then contact us and will do our best to resolve the problem. 4. Concerning customs forms and labels, unfortunately we are unable to send items under the label of GIFT. We shall always send the item labelled as Other with an accurate description of the item within.

Return policy

The buyer may return any 'new' items within a 14-day period from the time they receive that item. Items will only be valid for return if the original manufacturers packaging remains unopened. The Variety Store must be notified of any returns before they actually take place.  The buyer shall be responsible for all postage costs. Refund amounts shall only be for the amount of the returned item and shall not include any postage or packaging costs.

The above shall not apply to goods, which are deemed faulty or damaged in transit. Notification of damaged or faulty goods should be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods. When available a replacement for the damaged or faulty item will be offered. Return postage of the damaged or faulty goods along with postage and packing of the replacement item shall be covered by The Variety Store, as long as any offered postal insurance was taken by the buyer. In the event that no postal insurance was offered, then all return and replacement postal charges shall be met by The Variety Store. 

All items sold in a used condition are sold on a ‘sold as described’ basis and therefore shall not be valid for any return. This of course shall only be the case, so long as the item is deemed to be as described in its original description.

Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyerand exceptions.
