Payment:   We accept payment through PayPal, Postal Orders and Personal Cheques. We do not accept payment over the phone as we don’t have the machine to do this. Please note that we do not dispatch any goods until full payment has cleared. We allow upto 8 days for payment to reach us, if payment has not been received within this time, we will have to report it to ebay and cancel the transaction. We only post to the address in which you have put on your ebay account. We will not send to any other address.

Postage:  We post three times a week, these days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If your order is received before 1pm on these days then it will normally go out on the same day. We use Royal Mail and DHL to post most orders.  We offer great postage discounts on multiple purchases, just let us know when you have finished shopping and we will send a combined invoice for all your items. Collection is also available, please contact us to arrange a date and a time for collection. We are in the B31 area of Birmingham.

Returns:  If you are unhappy with your item, you can return it to us as long as it is still new, unopened and in original packaging. You have 7 days after arrival in which to do this. Please contact us to arrange a return. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund you the price you paid minus all associated postage fees. It is recommended that any returns are sent back to us by recorded delivery.
