1. Damaged Goods - We inspect and have full traceability of all goods dispatched including photograpths of the product in pack and dispatch and as such we are sure that the goods leave us in a satisfactory condition. We have no control over the postage services handling of the goods and as such if you recieve damaged goods please contact us immediately so that we may make a claim on your behalf and advise what steps you need to take. You must keep all original packaging. Standard postage insurance cover offers a maximum of £32 compensation if you are purchasing a high value item please bear this in mind and choose a delivery method that better covers the value of the goods.
2. Lost Items - Please Note any items shipped by Royal Mail are not classified as lost until 15 WORKING DAYS has elapsed from posting, WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING until this time has elapsed. After this waiting period we can claim on your behalf up to £32 provided that your claim is approved by Royal Mail. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEMS LOST OR DELAYED BY ROYAL MAIL.

What areTesters.

Testers are genuine fragrances exactly as you purchase in-store, except they are produced for demonstration purposes and therefore are usually supplied in white or plain cardboard packaging. The packaging and/or the bottle usually have markings to indicate their status as a tester, such as "Tester" or "Demonstrator" they may also include a "Not for Resale" message also.

Returns Policy

All products are as described and illustrated by the photograph, they are GENUINE and niether counterfeit, shop seconds, "snide" or copied goods so please feel confident that the product you recieve will be just as good as the one you will purchase in the shop at twice the price. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns provided that the following conditions are met:-

1. You notify us by email before returning the product.
2. Returns must be made within 7 days of reciept of the goods.
3. The product must be in the original packaging and any seals and/or cellophane must be INTACT and product MUST BE UNUSED.
4. The buyer is responsible for the return of the product and any costs incurred.
5. Once we have inspected the returned product a full refund will be issued MINUS(LESS) the cost of Postage and Packing.
