Unless otherwise specified all the models we advertise on eBay take about 28 – 35 days to manufacture and before we can despatch them.  Some people ask why it takes so long to produce a model but this is mainly due to the fact that all processes of manufacture are done purely by hand and also there are lengthy periods where the wood and finishing materials of the model need to dry and stabilize so we can ensure a museum quality product which will last for generations to come.

Please also take careful note that in addition to the production period of 28 - 35 days we offer as standard Air Parcel Post shipping  from the Philippines which takes 14 - 21 days for your model to arrive.  This shipping method is not “trackable” and is not insured but we have found that it is very reliable and cost effective and enables us to supply with you the most competitively priced model but we wish to stress the time period involved so you are not disappointed at a later stage.  Please only bid or buy if you can wait for this period of time.  If you require a quicker form of shipping we can offer FedEx courier which takes 2 - 3 days to Europe and 4 - 5 days to the USA / Canada but the production time for the model still remains the same.  You can see the difference in rates further down this page.  If you wish to use this service please let us know and we will email you a PayPal request for the additional amount.

All the models you see on Ebay from PlaneArts have been produced by our own master craftsmen - we do not copy the photographs or designs of other model makers (and we do not use photographs of real items in place of models we have not yet made). The photographs you see have not been manipulated or digitally edited - they are exactly as the model looks in real life but unfortunately even digital photography cannot do full justice to the look and feel of the model!

Working from your photographs and our library of blueprints, our master craftsmen will meticulously recreate your item into an amazingly detailed desktop or wall mounted replica. If we have not made a particular model before then we will get scale plans and use our own digital pictures of the aircraft or you can also supply your own digital pictures by attaching them to an email addressed to us at sales@planearts.com .  Color schemes both actual and to your design can be applied, and you can specify the scale size of your model.

Display stands are solid mahogany (matt or gloss finish) or mahogany with stainless steel support. Logos and inscriptions can be applied to the stand, detailing owner or pilot information or to recognize a special occasion.  Email us at sales@planearts.com  with digital image attachments of the model you would like to be copied so we can arrange to quote you within 24 hours of receiving your request. Custom made models can be produced in about 28 - 35 days from receiving your full specifications which is far quicker than our competitors who can often take 2 - 3 months!. Prior to dispatch digital photos can be sent for your approval showing you the final finished product.
