We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost. 

We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item. Claims for damages or shortages on any orders must be reported within 24 hours from arrival by telephoning 01453 520394. 

Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging. Before any item can be returned you must contact us on 01453 520394 to get a Returns Number. 

Your item(s) must be returned to the address below clearly marked with the returns number. All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. If returning items for a refund please allow up to 30 working days for your refund to appear on your card statement. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.
