Shipping by Airmail via Hong Kong Post.
Normally it will take 2-4 weeks arrive in most countries( however some mails can be delayed as it depends on the post office at buyer's country. Italian post is the longest in the world and can take up to two months to arrive, please be patient on it.)

Within 7 days after receiving your order, We offer a No-hassle 7 days exchange (replace) only if you goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:
We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, but we will cover all expense of sending replacement.
Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID (given by customer service) will not be accepted.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
We do not have responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
