The goods must be unused.
The goods must be in their original condition & UN-OPENED packaging.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. 
The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received the order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods at the  buyer’s cost.
All Goods must be returned in resale condition. If the goods are not returned in the same resale condition to which they we received, then goods will be returned to the buyer at their cost.
Please return the item back in the condition sent complete with all labels, packaging, etc. and in the same clean and smoke-free condition I sent it out.
Return postage to be paid by the buyer.
Full payment for goods will be refunded, less the cost of outgoing postage.
