Payment & Postage

Payments MUST be received within (7) seven days of auction end. I understand Paypal problems can arise and if this is the case then please contact me.

All items posted to address registered on eBay unless instructed to post to an alternate address.

Where possible we post on a daily basis.

We combine postage for multiple items. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in multiple items

IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED AFTER 7TH DAY OF AUCTION END THE ITEM WILL BE RELISTED AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY AS A NON PAYER & YOU WILL RECEIVE AN UNPAID ITEM STRIKE.

In the unlikely event an item gets lost and a claim needs to be filed, then a refund will be given once I have received payment from Royal Mail. This can take up to 6-8 weeks.

ALL POSTAGE COSTS INCLUDE SIGNED FOR INSURANCE.

Shop Refunds

We do not give refunds on items that do not fit. Measurements are supplied for your benefit. If you require additional measurements please email me before bidding/buying.
We can not give refunds on Swimwear or underwear due to Health & Hygiene.
We will only issue a refund if an item is deemed faulty. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of item. If this is the case the item must be returned in original condition with tags attached & unused within 7 days of receipt. If this is not the case only a 50% refund will be issued and not 100%.The buyer must pay for the return postage cost. Ebay fees charged will be reclaimed through the mutual unpaid item process.

We do not refund any of the postage costs incurred.
