Please read the following terms prior to bidding. Unfortunately, these are non-negotiable, so please make sure that you agree to them.

Payment

When you place you bid, you are entering into a contract and should you win, you must pay for your item. Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. This is simply because it protects both you and us. We also accept Personal cheques or you can call our payment line and pay via credit or debit card! This is ideal if you want to pay with a card not on your Paypal account.

  To do this, please have your item title and card ready and call 0113 2775901 between 12 and 8 pm 7 days a week. This method is totally secure and we do not save any details. The receipt from the machine will be sent to you with your item, so no worries!

Payments must be received within three days after the auctions end, unless prior agreement has been sought.  If payment is not received within three days, we will send you a reminder and will do so for three days. If within that time you have not responded, we will report you to eBay and blacklist you from participating in any of our future auctions!

Package and Posting.

We post 1^st class, using Royal Mail. While we take every care to ensure that your item is packed to ensure its safety, we cannot always be sure that it will arrive to you in the same way! That is why we offer postage insurance on every item, and then if it is broken or lost, then you can be guaranteed a full refund. If you choose not to take the insured option, we will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items under any circumstances. If you would like your item insured or to use the Get It Fast option, they is a small extra charge for this and check the specifics of the listing to find out how much.

  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY.

     We DO NOT post worldwide. This is mainly due to troubles with buyers abroad and it is more difficult for us sort it out. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  We are actively trying to reduce our carbon foot print and where possible reuse decent packaging, go for recycled options where available. 

Refunds

If you think your item was damaged prior to it being sent in the post, please inform us and if we agree, we will issue a full refund via Paypal. Please see the above section for items damaged in the post.

   We will offer refunds on unwanted items BUT DO NOT pay return postage and will extract miscellaneous fees, such as eBay and Paypal fees, prior to sending the refund, although you will be advised of this prior to completing the refund.

Communication and contact

We only use the eBay messaging system for contact with our bidders and buyers. We do not give out any other details and will not answer enquiries sent direct to our email address. Again, this is to ensure protection for both you and us. We guarantee a response to any enquiry within 24 hours, but expect one back promptly! We aim to be available between 2pm and 10pm online and are online for an hour before our auctions end, so we can answer questions quickly, before the auction ends!

Feedback

Feedback is an important part of eBay. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us first before leaving neutral or negative feedback.  We will leave feedback as soon as the transaction is complete and we are both satisfied it is done. Feedback will be honest.
