Great Horned Prowler Owl

This great horned owl has a massive 4 feet wing span, and is the most realistic of all the owls on the market, with life size accurate markings and flapping wings.

The Great Horned Owl is the most feared predator which catches and eats almost anything that moves, including pigeons, starlings and geese. Mount it up as high as possible, using a broom handle to deter those pest birds, or simply use as an ornament in the garden.

If using to deter pest birds, it is recommended that the bird is moved on a regular basis, so the pest birds do not get used to it and start venturing back into your garden.

1. Contract
All orders are accepted on the terms and conditions contained herein unless these terms are varied in writing by an authorised officer of Bird Stop.

2. Orders
The contract to supply is between Bird Stop a division of Murrell Trading Ltd.
and the private individual or Company placing the order. Bird Stop reserves the right to refuse to accept the purchasers order. No order is valid until confirmation has been sent to the purchaser.

3. Payment Terms
No goods will be sent out until payment has been received credit/debit card details must be authorised or cheques cleared.

4. Prices
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and carriage, where this is applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, this will not affect orders placed before changes are implemented.

5. Re-Presented Cheques
A £15.00 charge will be made each time a cheque has to be re-presented.

6. Carriage - UK Mainland
Orders of £100.00 ex. VAT or more will be delivered to one UK Mainland address free of charge.
For orders worth less than £100.00 ex. VAT, carriage will be charged at the rate published for the sevice requested to one UK Mainland delivery address. 
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 15.00 hours the same day.

7. Special Deliveries - (includes timed deliveries and weekend deliveries)
Please call our customer service team to arrange special deliveries. All special deliveries will incur carriage charges regardless of value.

8. Carriage Charges - Overseas
Orders overseas please contact our Customer Service Team.

9. Delivery Address
Deliveries can only be made to a full postal address, which has a complete Postal Code.  Where an order must be signed for, if no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, then a delivery card will be left stating that a delivery was attempted and another attempt will be made the following day. A delivery will be attempted no more than three times, after which the goods will be returned to the warehouse and a further delivery charge will be payable. 

10 Failure To Deliver Or Failure To Deliver On Time
Bird Stop can accept no responsibility whatsoever for circumstances arising from the failure of carrier to deliver goods or to deliver by an agreed time. Where it can be proved that the carrier was at fault, the only compensation that can be paid will be the costs of the carriage.
