My Policies:  We strive to offer first class products, and do our best to properly describe everything we sell.  If we do make a mistake, we will make a full refund upon return of the item.  We may on request, adjust the payment amount on request if something has been improperly described.

We have been in the stamp business a long time.  Both of us are members of the American Philatelic Society.  I am also a member of the Internet Philatelic Dealers Association, American Topical Association, and the United Stamps Stamp Society.  We subscribe to the principles and ethics of all these organizations. 

For Stamps:  First class shipping is free on U.S. shipments.  Postage on all shipments outside the U.S. is $1.00.  Unless we specify otherwise, insurance and/or registration is optional, and will be provided at cost on request.  There will be some high value items on which we will require insurance or registration, again furnished at cost.

For Books:  We offer free shipping on all books.  Books will be sent by USPS media mail, and is subject to their delivery schedule.  Most media mail will take 7-10 days.  We cannot ship books to non U.S. addresses.
