Shipping

Upon receipt of cleared payment, Valatech will despatch goods within 1 working day. This will be by either courier or registered post depending on size and value of items. All items will automatically be insured for damages during shipping. Any damage during shipping should be reported to Valatech Ltd within 48 hours. Valatech Ltd regrets we can only ship to addresses within the UK Mainland.

Valatech offer a no quibble money back guarantee on all the products we sell, the only stipulation to this is software programs, we will only give a refund if the software is returned unopened.
