Compatibility check

The Gram Amp 2 Communicator is designed for use with an active preamp or mixing console when used with average output moving magnet cartridges. It can also be used into a "passive" preamp when using a high output cartridge.

*Required to drive your amplifier to full output. Your volume control may have to be set higher than when in use with CD because digital equipment is very high output. Hot pressings give roughly twice the output of a regular LP record.
