This model has an integrated knife drawer to complete the machine as a cutting centre for the whole kitchen. Furthermore, the Z5 offers the GRAEF special ‘high performance’ blade including the diamond blade sharpener. The brand-new ZENTRO Z5 is identically constructed like the Z1 except one thing: it can be tilt into a gravity position. The technical appearance is created by the stainless steel tray, the integrated knife drawer and the adjusting knob in a metal finish. A visual highlight and a class of its own. The ZENTRO Z5 is a tiltable slicer, which can be used in the standard position and turned easily into a gravity position. Thanks to the GRAEF “EasyCut-Function”. The special high performance blade is hard-chromed and ensures in it’s plain edition (ø 170mm) perfect slices in professional quality. The high-grade cutting tray made of stainless steel catch each slice perfectly and hygienic. The automatic safety circuit breaker allows to operate and to slice with one hand. The machine works only while the on/off button is pressed. The robust blade covering plate (made of stainless steel) ensures an excellent gliding of each slicing good even in difficult cases. The blade sharpener D 1000 guarantees a razor-sharp new edge on the knife due to the diamond coated sharpening stages. The selfedge holding prevents that smaller slicing goods will not roll-away during the working procedure, so the handling is more comfortable.
