The GRAEF Newcomer: Navis N1. The brand new self supporting construction of the NAVIS N1 is a novelty on the market and is applicated for a patent. The advanced, modern “floating” motor-housing design delivers sliced food directly from the blade into large trays or platters. A further advantage is found in the easy-clean seamless construction. Also the equipment shows it’s professional character: a large carriage with stainless steel surface as well as the special GRAEF titanium coated blade with blade lock allow a quick and safe blade removal for cleaning procedures. 2 Year Guarantee, Made in Germany. In the 1950's the GRAEF brothers created, developed and started with the production of the first metal slicing machine for the home. The G-160 was one of the first models, which had a flat recumbant slicing device. German housewives loved this kind of machine and still insist on a Graef slicing machine.
