The hard chromed, high performance blade in combination with the powerful, silent-running geared capacitor motor allows excellent working procedures. Furthermore, the diamond blade sharpener, belonging to each MASTER model, provides a razor-sharp edge for a life-time. In the 1950's the GRAEF brothers created, developed and started with the production of the first metal slicing machine for the home. The G-160 was one of the first models, which had a flat recumbent slicing device. German housewives loved this kind of machine and still insist on a Graef slicing machine.
