The ECONOMIC 146 is the “big sister” of the ECONOMIC 136 and offers additionally the exclusive GRAEF special toothed titanium blade as well as a carriage with stainless steel surface. The on/off switch can be used twice: in bush-button operation for a few slices and in continuous operation for huge amounts piece by piece. The carriage has a stainless steel surface and offers a slicing length of 22 cm, so that large-sized goods can be handled easily. The special toothed blade is made of stainless steel in an unique GRAEF toothed edition and has a titanium coating (ø 170mm). The machine offers a large base plate due to the self-supporting construction.
