The special toothed blade is made of hardened stainless steel in an unique GRAEF toothed edition and has a “Non-Stick” coating (ø 170mm). The machine offers a large aluminium base plate due to the self-supporting construction. The powerful and silent-running geared-capacitor motor prevents best slicing results. The carriage has a stainless steel surface and offers a slicing length of 22 cm, so that large-sized goods can be handled easily. The automatic safety circuit breaker allows to operate and to slice with one hand. The machine works only while the on/off button is pressed.
