We're a UK based retail company, established in 1996 in Durham we offer fabrics, habadashery and machinery at competitive prices. We are also happy to help and advise with any sewing problems you may have. E-mail for further information.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or debit card, Paypal, Postal Orders and Cheques. 

From the United Kingdom:Credit/Debit cards, Cheques, Paypal.
Outside the UK:Credit/Debit cards and Paypal only.

Cheques/checks/moneyorders/drafts/Eurocheques etc are not accepted due to high banking charges in the United Kingdom.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Postage and packing costs are as shown in the listing. Please note we do offer a discount for combined shipping and multiple purchases. This will be stated in the invoice you receive through eBay

Recorded delivery can be arranged in the United Kingdom for an additional charge of £1.00 to cover fees and handling.

All postage is sent in new packaging: mail bags, boxes etc.

Items sent outside the United Kingdom are despatched by air-mail.

We will post to all countries within the EU & USA & Australia. For locations elsewhere please allow more time for delivery and be aware of your countries own customs duty.

For items sent outside the United Kingdom, your winning auction will be sent by Air mail. Surface mail is too slow so please don't ask for this as an option.

We guarantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing.
We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll try to help.
Payment MUST be by one of the types listed in our payment tab, if it's not listed then we can't accept it.
All winning bids are final, no exception. All non paying winning bidders will be reported to eBay and negative feedback will be left.
Please note we will endeavour to post out all items asap after the listing completes and after we have received payment. But please allow 5 days as a minimum.
Finally, if you intend to pay by paypal and you don't already have an account, then please apply for one NOW before the auction ends as it can take some time.

Returns

At Fans Fabric we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, then you will be given a full refund providing you have informed us within 7 days of receipt; the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase; the goods are unused and in the same condition as when sent.

Any genuinely faulty / defective goods / fabric will be replaced or money refunded however, we must be advised of any faults upon your receipt of the item.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the goods ares found to be faulty, we will also refund your postage cost. This returns policy as stated is valid for 14 days after purchase, providing you have informed us of your intention within 7 days.
