I am always happy to combine postage.

BUT..........due to some buyers rolling over purchases for several weeks in order to have discounted postage I'm afraid I have to put a cap on the time scale......this is to allow me to be able to buy lots of new goodies to list on ebay for you all.

I hope that doesn't sound too harsh!

Postage for two pieces of jewellery within the U.K will be £2 but must be paid for on one invoice.

I am happy to combine items within a 4 day period only and will send you an invoice with discounted  postage for multiple items. If possible please let me know  that you intend to bid on other items and I will hold back invoice till you have finished bidding.

International bidders.

Europe- £2.25 for one or two pieces of jewellery.

Rest of world- £2.75  for one or two pieces of jewellery.

Please note as above the same applies with discounted postage.

Insurance

Royal Mail do not insure any jewellery unless sent by Special Delivery (U.K) or International signed for (Europe & rest of World )

Please let me know if you require insurance if I haven't quoted it.

On high value items I will automatically quote insured delivery.

During my time on ebay I have sent many thousands of parcels most of which arrive safely at their destination...but occasionally (and it is very occasionally) things do go missing in the post or get severely delayed for reasons only known to the postal system!

Please be patient, I always send out promptly (usually the same day as payment) but sometimes things just get delayed in post.

I have known items to turn up 6 weeks after being posted in the U.K and 10 weeks for overseas!......Luckily this is not the norm but It can happen.

Payment

U.K : While I appreciate the convenience of Paypal it is certainly not my preferred method. I am always more than happy for U.K buyers to pay for items by cheque or Postal order.

Rest of world: Paypal Only.

I would appreciate if all buyers pay or make contact within 3 days of end of auction ....thank you.

Finally, please NO e cheques due to the length of time for clearance.

A few Boring bits about my auctions.

Please always read my listings carefully as I always put sizes & measurements.

Jewellery has to be photographed in very close range in order to get a good picture that potential buyers can see and consequently can look larger......that is why I put the measurements in my listings!

The same also applies to clothes...not all clothes conform to the size they have on them and there can be great variation from one manufacturer to another......that is why I put the measurements in my listings!

Please note that the jewellery I sell is genuine antique or vintage and as such may show signs of wear etc commensurate to age. I personally feel that this is part of the charm of vintage & antique jewellery to see that it has been worn & loved by previous owners and would be highly suspicious of a piece of so called antique/ vintage jewellery that looked completely new and pristine. I do of course endeavour to point out any significant damage etc that would effect your enjoyment & wearing of my jewellery.
