PLEASE READ:  We combine postage on multiple items and normally give a small discount too if you buy more than two items. Please direct all enquires through the ebay messaging system as we are not always around to pick up messages to the annieharrison@btconnect.com connection. Alternatively you can contact us by email on annie@annieharrison.wanadoo.co.uk But by using the ebay messaging system it helps us both, as a record is kept of all correspondence should a problem arise.

We have our post collected most days, and send a notification of dispatch email once your item has gone. If your item is going by courier we will need a full postal code to obtain a quote and then a contact telephone number from you to pass to the couriers.

All of our items are packaged using polystyrene, thick cardboard, bubble wrap and/or paper shredding. We try our hardest to wrap them well and mark all fragile goods accordingly. However, should your item arrive damaged we are always happy to provide proof of postage slip and make a claim through the post office. If your item should arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and inform us straight away so that we can lodge a claim for compensation/refund.

We do give refunds if items are returned undamaged within 7 days. The only items we do not accept returns on are mirrored or glass items unless they are returned by special delivery service. You are always welcome to collect from us - call or email us to arrange a convenient time.
