Shipping:

• Items are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Customers are asked to consider the time factor when placing orders and ensure they allow enough time.
• I cannot be held responsible for the length of time it takes for the Royal Mail to deliver your order.
• Postal Days are:
• MONDAYS
• WEDNESDAYS
• FRIDAYS
• Please note that there may be some postal delays due to public holidays etc.
• Should you have any special requests please email me directly as sending a note with payment may be over looked.
• To avoid disappointment customer should purchase the SPECIAL DELIVERY option if they require items quickly. If you choose the special delivery option your order will be posted on our next postal day and you will receive it the day after WE post it, NOT the day after payment.
• Should you require your order URGENTLY then please email us and we will endeavour to do our best to help you.
• I always obtain proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible for any items after they have been dispatched. This responsiblity lies with The Royal Mail, who do not consider an item lost until after 15 days(21 days for International delivery).
• Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 days have passed (21 for International deliveries)
• Customers are advised to purchase the Recorded Delivery option which makes the item easier to trace, though this doesnt insure Jewellery items, in which case customers should purchase the Special Delivery option.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POSTAL COSTS INCLUDES THE COST OF ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS SUCH AS GIFT BOXES, TISSUES, BUBBLEWRAP, BROWN PAPER AND LABELS ETC.
