Shipping Policy

• Shipping is via Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service unless otherwise stated.
• Items will need to be signed for upon delivery.
• Any sign of damage to the parcel must be noted with the delivering party as we cannot guarantee Unicost or delivering party will accept liability for goods damaged in transit after delivery has been accepted. Any damage that is found during/after delivery has occurred would need to be reported to Unicost within a maximum of 24 hours.

• Items will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
• Royal Mail Tracking Number can be provided upon request if not sent to you automatically via our delivery systems.

Returns Policy

We offer a 7 day

no quibble returns policy

on ALL our items

• Images of exact make and model are shown for illustration purposes and item received will not differ from any images shown on the listing page
• RETURNS are accepted  on the condition your purchase is returned to our office in the same condition it was sent within 7 days of receipt to comply with distant selling regulations. As we provide Free P&P if you did return your purchase you would be refunded the Full sale price which is much better for your pocket rather than large P&P fees that dont normally get refunded.
• We will not accept any returns without the original packaging or returns that exceed the 7 day period from date of delivery.
• Any costs resulting in the item being returned to Unicost would be the buyers responsibility unless the item is found to have a manufacturers fault or damaged in transit in which case the return fees will be refunded to the customer or paid for in full by Unicost. 

Payment Policy

• Only PayPal is Accepted
• Payment is required after the Winning Bid up to and no later than 7 days from point of accepting/confirming your bid.
• All non paying bidders will be reported to Ebay and an unpaid item strike will be placed against you.
• Items will only be despatched once cleared payment has been issued and confirmed from Paypal. If we are informed of any payments requiring 24 hours+ to clear then we will notify you with the status of your order as well as Paypal's automated system.
• If you pay via echeque then please remember that the clearing timescale can be 10 days depending on where your funds have come from. For exact timescales please refer to Paypal's order/payment status.

Terms

Here at Unicost we try to be as polite, courteous, well mannered and provide the best service possible at all times.

All we ask from our customers is that when an item is purchased or won via auction is that they pay for it.......Non paying buyers/bidders not only waste our time but also allocate stock to themselves so others are unable to bid/purchase.

We will always follow up Non paying bidders with payment reminders but if we have not received payment within 7 days from the date of purchase we will automatically raise the issue with Ebay and the result will be an unpaid item strike being placed upon your User ID. So to put it simply if you are not going to pay for it then please dont place any bids outside of your budget nor click "buy it now" unless you are going to "buy it now".

Thankfully we dont get too many Ebayers acting this way and would like to thank all the Ebayers out there that keep us doing what were doing and hopefully keeping you happy.

• Any refurbished or graded stock would state the warranty period clearly in the listing itself.
• Receipts/Invoices are normally sent included in your delivery and if you do not receive this documnetation can request this directly from us.
