The item you are bidding on is an invitation to Google Wave. 

I will submit the chosen email address of each winning bidder for an invitation.  Once I have submitted your email address (which you will need to confirm during the checkout process, otherwise I will use the email address you have registered for use with eBay) I will email a screenshot confirming that your email address has been submitted - please see the attached photo. 

You will not receive your invitation immediately as Google take a couple of days to process the request - however, I received my invitation approx 2 days after being nominated.
