Wholesalers Bargains Ltd warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the listing.

Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.

In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

All contact should be made via the EBay email service. We aim to answer all messages within 24hrs.

Brand new: item sold as brand new is sealed by manufactory and hold the full manufactory guarantee. If item become faulty within 12 months: then will Repair/Replacement or Refund

Ex display: items sold as ex display it has the full one year manufactory warranty in the original manufacturers packaging it has a sign of use may have Mainer scratches please read item listing description. If it becomes faulty within 12 months then will be Repaired or Replacement only

End of line: is sold as brand new items with full manufactory guarantee. If item become faulty within 12 months: then will be Repaired or Replacement only.

Factory Recondition / Refurbished:  are classed as reconditioned or refurbished for a number of reasons are all 100% OK! And examined and fully tested In fact, they represent amazing value for money; they may have been previously sold, and subsequently returned to stores and not put back on sale for cosmetic packaging or other  reasons. This is often as little as a broken seal.

Alternatively, they may simply have incurred a minor amount of cosmetic packaging damage during handling in the day to day running of our business.

Some items may also have been returned to our parent stores with a reported fault or where a customer had difficulty in using.

So these products may have sign of use scratches not in the original packaging or missing accessories user manual please read item listing description.

We offer on all our refurbished or reconditioned products one month warranty.

Damaged and faulty: these items will be sold as spare or repair with no guarantee and no return sold as seen and descript

If you experience a problem with your item within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us. Items reported as faulty within this period must be returned in their original packaging and complete with all supplied accessories, literature, media and ancillaries. Incomplete items may not be exchanged or refunded in full. All returned items will be fully tested and inspected for any signs of misuse. Items identified as such, will be returned to the customer in its current state and will not be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping Payments

Payment should be made within 48 hours of either Auction end or completion of Buy It Now

We will invoice unpaid customers three times within seven days. If you don't explain unpaid reason, we will report unpaid customers to eBay.

We do accept and strongly preferred recommend PayPal payments from all our customers)

And we do accept Cheque/postal order from UK only please indicate your EBay ID, Item number and FULL address clearly. With The cheque should be payable to Wholesalers Bargains Ltd.

Orders placed are usually despatched within 2 working days

Most of our items are sent via Parcel Force 48hr delivery or privet courier. Please allow 24 hrs from cleared payment for dispatch. Items can only delivered to registered UK mainland and N.Ireland addresses

Courier to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, East Coast of Scotland and Channels Islands, will apply additional charge unless otherwise stated please check item description.

We won't take any responsibility if you give us the wrong delivery address. So please make sure you give us accurate delivery address and phone number

 Please do not bid if you don't agree with our shipping and terms. By Bidding means acknowledgement of the policies. 

We provide overseas delivery service using Parcel Force or other courier company, if you require this service please contact us via the eBay messaging service.

Return & Refunds

Genuinely faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or your money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item

It is unlikely that you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us via "email the seller" immediately. If you do have to return a faulty item, it must be sent back in its original packing together with all the accessories i.e. cables, remotes, manuals etc within 7 days of the receipt for replace or refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

Items it has one month warranty. After 7 days items will be repaired or replacement only. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable: items should be returned by insured post or courier.
