This is a Victorian safe made by Chatwick. It probably dates to around 1880 and is made in cast Iron with very decorative name plate (lock cover) and brass handle. The safe has its original green paint but would benefit from repainting if you require the safe for its decorative rather than practical aspects. The safe (very unusually) cames with two original keys. This is a very heavy item and I do recommend you try Paul (see below) as your courier as he is not only very reasonable but has a lot of experience moving these safes.

The safe is 20 inches wide by (max) depth 21.5 inches by 26.5 inches high.
