Type: BK20. This switch has two groups of wires to plug connection. One plug has 2 wires, the other has 3 wires.

Please note: These fit a number of golf trolleys and are aslo used for other applications.

On this potentiometer there are 5 contacts.

Group of two are used as live switched circuit.
Group of three are speed control circuits.
