I am selling my golds gym bench as it has been collecting dust for years, it is practiclly unused and is in mint condition.

It is wider than normal benches so hence is much more sturdy, it has a two position incline and a one position decline (not many benches have a decline position)

I am selling with it 3 training bars - bench press bar spin lock, curling bar (aka EZ bar), tricep bar and one pair of spinlock dumbells, 100kg of weights are also included - four 10kg plates, four 5kg plates and an assortment of 2.5kg and 1.25kg plates.
