RETURNS - If you are not happy with your item, or you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact me to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Items must be returned with the original packaging, in a resaleable condition, with the exception of any damaged items received.
Please note that I cannot accept returns on worn pierced earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds will only be issued when I have received the returned item.
Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, original costs will be refunded only - the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
