Delivery Times
Items are usually dispatched within 1 working day. But we cannot be held responsible for the length of time it takes for the Royal Mail to deliver your order. Our mail is collected by the Royal mail and all orders are dispatched by early afternoon.
To avoid disappointment customer should purchase the SPECIAL DELIVERY option if they require items quickly.
SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 11AM. ORDERS AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE DISPATCHED ON OUR NEXT DELIVERY DATE.
We always obtain proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible for any items after they have been dispatched. This responsiblity lies with The Royal Mail, who do not consider an item lost until after 15 days(21 days for International delivery).
Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 days have passed (21 for International deliveries)
Customers are advised to purchase the Recorded Delivery option which makes the item easier to trace, though this doesnt insure Jewellery items, in which case customers should purchase the Special Delivery option.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POSTAL COSTS INCLUDES THE COST OF ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS SUCH AS GIFT BOXES, TISSUES, BUBBLEWRAP, BROWN PAPER AND LABELS ETC.
Each item is quality checked before it is dispatched. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with the item please email me and I will do my very best to resolve the issue.
Customers are asked to note that for hygiene reasons Earrings and Jewellery Sets containing pierced Earrings may not be returned. This also applies to Tiaras and any other items of Head wear. This Policy is set and no allowances will be made under any circumstance.
Items may only be returned after notification and must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in their original packaging. Postage will not be refunded and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item, except where the item is found to be faulty.
